With flexibility - Warm up. 50 mins strength and cardio intervals. 10 mins assisted stretch.
Mom and Baby - Can't find a sitter? Have your baby with you. 1 hour of cardio and strength training.
+ 1 - Ask me about training a group of 2 or more. Enjoy the savings yet still have a wicked workout. For this option each member would buy an account and for each workout an amount would be deducted.
Pre-Natal - Warm-up. Cardio and strength workout specifically prepared for all the things a mom-to-be will need to focus on (AND prepare her for labor) as well as get the new mom ready for her new role.
